Research summary:
I am an undergraduate here at the University of Chicago. Prior to coming to the lab, I worked for three summers at Argonne National Lab under Dr. Natalia Maltsev. While I was there I assisted in the creation of the PUMA2 system and completed a database of protein subunits. In the Li lab, I have worked with gene duplicability, protein-protein interactions, and the relation between the two. Currently I am helping to create a high-confidence dataset of protein-protein interactions in yeast.
